Yes. Google encourages businesses to ask customers for honest reviews. What's not allowed is incentivising or paying for reviews, which we never do.
When enabled, customers who rate you 1–3 stars are sent to a private feedback form instead of Google. You receive their feedback directly and can resolve it before it becomes a public review.
